Our Board is limited to some of the most distinguished and influential group of professionals to raise the cause of WCL public awareness as a premier leader provider in the holistic, high value Bangladeshi Information Technology outsourcing space.

The advisory board acts as an advice-giving body to the company. The board of advisors is the 6-8-member advisory working group of Wave Consortium Ltd. It has responsibility for advice on specific policy making and advisory direction of the corporate affairs; conducts strategic planning; introductions; advice on business development growth, programs and activities. Board of Advisors provides advice to the leadership team on the direction, corporate development, and business development growth of the organization's affairs. The Board serves as a resource to Wave Consortium's leadership to help achieve the company's goals of full integration into the domestic and world market and adherence to the highest levels of corporate social responsibility The board annually reviews progress and projects related to Wave Consortium's long range plan. Board members work with staff through the committee structure to achieve long term plan objectives, which include developing new services and maintaining current services. The board contributes to planning of conferences and engages in activities designed to promote the prestige and sound value of Wave Consortium. The board also advises Wave Consortium management and staff on issues related to consulting services and offshoring. Board also recommends key influencers that may impact corporate and business development activities, as well as provides relevant introductions geared towards success of the business.
